Room including breakfast::

• One man room NOK 859,- 24 hours including breakfast
• Two man room NOK. 989,- 24 hours including breakfast
• Children 6-17 year in the parents room, per children NOK 168,- 24 hours including breakfast
• Children 0-5 year in the parents room for free

The participants must order rooms directly to the hotel under the forllowing conditions:

• When you order give the hotell information 'Bridgefestival'

• Reservations are guaranteed with full name, address, phone daytime and creditcardnumber when you order
• Ordered rooms can be canceled with no charge until july 10''th, after this date you have to pay 55 % of the price of your order.
• If a participant dont meet the first day of her/his order, the hotel will cancel the rest of the order if there is no other agreement here. Possible no-show bills will be sent directly to the participants.
• There will be individual payments directly to the hotel.
• Final payments can be carried out cash or with creditcard accepted by the hotel. The hotel wil not send invoice under NOK 20.000,-.
• Rooms are guaranteed from 1500 the day you arrive and to 1200 the day you leave.
• The hotel offer free parking at the hotels parkingplace.
